b. Brickcom 50xA series need waiting a period of time to reconnect stream success when switch

the video resolution higher than 1920x1080.

c. Hikvision DS-2CD853F-E can't set framerate 15~22 in Max resolution.

4. Bug fixed:

Mainconsole:

Fixed Sony SNT-V704 can’t connect failed.

Fixed UDP camera image gray out or break randomly when config different resolutions.

NVRmini 2:

Fixed Axis M7001 can’t use daulstream.
