1. Bidirectional audio transmission in network (for DVR models with audio support only)

11. Copy menu: export time limit removed, copy function will automatic create multiple files for export of

longer time periods

12. Motion detection: Filter function for reducing false alarm, created by noise ("Motion delay")

13. Event management: option to assign event reactions such as buzzer, e-mail... to timer T1~T8

14. Remote relay switching: option to block remote relay switching by network (if relays are used for internal

alarm functions)

15. Recording settings: If recording settings (such as resolution) are changed in menu, it is not required

anymore to stop record.

16. Event list: Events for swapping HDD added (S01: swap to HDD1, S02: swap to HDD2)

17. Camera-, Motion-, Videoloss-, Alarm-menu: direct access of camera/alarm by using channel keys

18. Network remote access: additional user right level with user rights for configuration

CHANGES / FEATURES 1.65

1. Problem with live-transmission in low-bandwidth networks (in FW 1.6) fixed

2. Word corrections in several languages.

3. EverFocus free DDNS service added in NETWORK menu.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

1. During "all-channel" export function record will be stopped (with automatic recovering record after export

procedure).

2. For playback/evaluation of "all-channel" arv-files the EverFocus HDD player version 2.3.2 is needed (free

download at EverFocus web pages)

3. After update to FW 1.6 it is mandatory to delete HDD´s , make sure that all existing important video data

are saved / exported before update.

4. It is not possible to edit the IP - configuration by the management software PowerCon 4.

UPDATE PROCEDURE

- save file edrxxx.etw/edvrxxx.etw to USB-stick, keep original file name

- MENU > SYSTEM > SYSTEM UPDATE > YES , procedure takes some minutes

ATTENTION: Do not switch off power during update procedure!

- after message "SUCCESS" restart DVR

- MENU > SYSTEM > LOAD DEFAULT (required after update, otherwise malfunction may appear)

- after message "SUCCESS" restart DVR

- delete Hard Disks after update
