6.4.2 Lock / Format

Maximum Lock (%): Sets the maximum percentage of the hard disk space reserved for Locked

Event Recordings. To set up the Locked Event Recordings, please select the Auto Lock item in

6.4.3 Motion or 6.4.1 Alarm.

Current Lock (%): Displays the current percentage of the locked event recordings in the hard disk.

If the amount of locked event recordings has reached the maximum lock percentage, the NVR

will be unable to lock new event recordings.

Unlock All: Click this button to unlock the locked part of hard disk.

Delete All: Click this button to delete all the unlocked data in the hard disk. WARNING: This will

effectively ERASE the hard disk’s contents, except for the locked portion.

Format Disk: Click this button to format the whole HDD. WARNING: This will effectively ERASE

the ENTIRE hard disk!!
